Delivery & Shipping
KB5 offers both local courier delivery services in Hong Kong and China and International shipping to other geographic regions. We use FEDEX, TNT and S.F Express for our courier service.
Local Courier Delivery
- Local courier deliveries to customers in Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories & Island will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days.
- We do not accept PO Box delivery addresses.
- Courier will call to confirm delivery location and schedule delivery time.
- All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday between 10AM to 6PM.
- The Local Courier Delivery table below does not include any additional applicable fees or delivery charges for returns or exchange(s) of items.

International Shipping
- The shipping rates in the table below do not include and may be subject to import duties and sales tax. The recipient is responsible for any imposed sales tax, customs fees or import duties.
- Shipping to major cities time generally takes 7-11 business days and can take up to 16 business days.
- The estimated delivery times for other geographic regions are listed in the chart below. KB5 is not responsible for delays due to import duty regulations or procedures.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
